We all know 2020 was more than draining. While we may have been drained differently and at different levels, we all found ourselves somewhat depleted at various times. So now what? That’s is what we will discuss, NOW WHAT. Expect an interactive experience and plan to walk away with some tools you can start using right now.

Dr. Agnew received her masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University, her doctorate degree from Walden University, and holds certification as a Dialectical Behavior Therapy therapist (DBTC) with training specific to adults, adolescents, and children. Dr. Agnew has also completed Level 3 Practicum Training in the Gottman Method. She has practiced for 18 years and is licensed as an LLP in the state of Michigan to diagnose and treat mental illness as well as perform psychological evaluations, and she receives supervision from a fully licensed psychologist. In addition, she is appointed to sit on the Licensing Board of Psychology. She is committed to excellence by maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, and through continuing education to stay knowledgeable in up to date techniques, theories, and interventions. Her dedication, passion, extensive trainings, skills, and warm personality make her a very effective clinician.

While she is a native of Grand Rapids, Dr. Agnew has had extensive training in the Latin American culture. Her education includes 4 years of college level classes as well as education at Ideal Escuela de Espanol in Cuernevaca (Mexico) studying both the language and the culture.
