There is no doubt that physical distancing, remote working and uncertainty all have an impact on how, when and what we communicate. Being an efficient remote worker, managing time and virtual interactions are essential. Discover strategies that make us better employees, better communicators, and most importantly better people.

Zoe Carmichael is an experienced professional in corporate training with a focus as a teacher, trainer, facilitator, and speaker coach. With over 17 years as a teacher and trainer, Zoe brings a wealth of experience and real-life stories to make session content come alive for the participants. Additionally, Zoe has engaged in numerous volunteer roles as a speaker coach for organizations that include but are not limited to TED-X and ArtPrize. As a facilitator, Zoe works with corporate clients through IPEx on topics ranging from Customer Service Skills, Effective Communication, Team Effectiveness, Presentation Skills, Business Writing and a number of other topics. In these roles, Zoe helps people organize their thoughts, define main ideas, and inspire action for an intended audience.
