There is no charge for consulting sessions; however, the attached application must be completed and provided to GROW prior to receiving services. You are encouraged to look at these application forms closely, and if desired, you may review them with your legal counsel or other business advisors. With the exception of name and address, all information submitted here and future information that may be provided to facilitate the consulting process is exempted from the Freedom of Information Act. However, GROW, SBA, and state audit agencies may contact you to confirm that assistance was provided.
